Our bracelets are handcrafted items made from vegetable-tanned full-grain cowhide leather and primarily use press studs/closures made of brass as the base material.
Leather is a natural material. Variations in grain, texture, colour, and surface, as well as small natural irregularities, are normal and do not constitute a defect. Minor differences between individual bracelets are also possible and intentional due to the manufacturing process.
The surface and colour of leather and metal components may change through use, exposure to light, moisture, skin contact, and other environmental influences. Signs of wear such as scratches, scuffs, discolouration, or patina are normal and do not represent a material defect, as long as they result from normal use or external factors.
A material defect exists if the bracelet shows a manufacturing, processing, or material fault at the time of delivery or does not meet the agreed specifications.
Leather is delicate. Prolonged contact with water, sweat, oils, creams, etc., can affect both the leather and the metal components. Changes resulting from improper handling or external influences after delivery do not constitute material defects.
Your statutory rights regarding material defects remain unaffected.
