Payment
Deliveries are only made againt prepayment by bank transfer or with the Paypal payment system (consumers only).
Invoicing
An original invoice is included with each delivery. If you would like to send an order as a gift and do not want an invoice to be attached, please note this at the end of the ordering process.
Should you ever misplace your original invoice, I will be send you a duplicate in PDF format upon request.
There is a legal obligation to charge VAT for goods that are shipped within the EU. The VAT rate applicable in the country of delivery will be invoiced.
Further costs (taxes, customs duties, ...) maybe incurred when shipping outside the EU.

Shipment
We deliver against prepayment only and you can pay by money order or by PayPal (consumers only).
The shipping costs are calculated based on size and weight. They are determinated by the shop software during the ordering process and are visible before the order is completed. The rates given in the list below are incl. German VAT of 19%.
Small consigments are shipped within Germany by 'Groß- or Maxibrief' with Deutsche Post AG and outside of Germany by 'Warenpost' with DHL. Larger consigments are delivered by courier service (GLS or DPD). Tracking is possible via the respective website of the shipping service provider.
The delivery and processing time for orders within Germany is approx. 6 working days. The additional delivery time outside Germany can be found in the table below.
All specified transit times are standard transit times. In case of deliveries to islands, rual or inaccessible areas, as well as due to special regulations - depending on the country of destination - longer delivery times may occur.
